SafeDoes beer contain gluten?
Yes. Beer is made with barley malt, and sometimes with wheat as well: barley contains gluten. Beers declared gluten free do exist, made from other grains or treated with an enzyme that breaks the gluten down, and you can tell them from the label.

A craft beer described as "unfiltered" or "natural" is still a barley malt beer: those two words have nothing to do with gluten.
Recipes change from one producer to the next and from one kitchen to the next: this is how something is usually made, not what is in the plate in front of you. The only answer that holds for your plate is the ingredient list on the packet, or the person who cooked it.
